I’ve lived here for a year so far and will continue to do so. Management staff consistently exceeds expectations. Ive never lived in an apartment complex with staff so available and dedicated to their tenants. They make you feel like a priority. Specifically shout out Rahmon, he’s gone above and beyond for me and he will do that for everyone.

We love living at The Exchange! The community is great and we always feel “at home.” The biggest difference I’ve noticed from living in other communities is how wonderful the staff is with their tenants. Rahmon, Shannon and Austin always make me feel welcome and love on my dog. Yes, they even love on your pets. They have been very intentional since day one. Also, I want to shout out George, because he truly takes care of everyone and always has a smile on his face!

This community has everything I need. The location is perfect in downtown Rock Hill. I really enjoy the resident events and how the office staff, as well as maintenance, always go the extra mile for everyone. Shannon and Rahmon in the office always have a smile on their faces and willing to assist w anything I need. If you are looking for a great place to call home, this place is great!

I’ve lived in the Exchange for over a year and consider myself very lucky to be a part of this community. The location is second to none. The staff has always been incredible and welcoming. The Exchange truly leaves little to be desired.

Nice location with very nice staff. Meghan and Dylan are exceptional in customer service skills and planning fun events. Located right in the center of downtown Rock Hill within walking distance of everything you could desire. George, our building expert makes sure all is well with our unit. One last thing. The sunsets are amazing to view from our balcony.
