This place is the best place to live in the downtown area by far. It's the ladies who work the front office and the gents that work the maintenance make this place a great place to live.

It was a seamless transition to The Exchange two months ago thanks to the wonderful staff. During the process and since I moved in Ryan and Zierika are readily available to help any time I have reached out. In addition, I was happy to learn the maintenance team have been onsite for a few years, so they know the ins and outs. They too have been amazing. My apartment was perfect when I moved in. It's a great location, beautiful apartments, but the staff are exceptional. Thank you everyone.

I love the staff especially Ziarika Geer. She has been very supportive since day one. I love my apartment. The place is very animal friendly. I hope to stay here a long time.
